I am a certified Transformational Life Coach and Body Code Practitioner. I am fascinated with healing and personal growth and have been actively working on my own for over 15 years. My first real experience with knowing that there was something bigger than what I understood was confirmed when a friend gave me a book called Celestine Prophecy. A few years later my dad’s sister became sick with Cancer. I was working on my Masters Degree in Immunology at the University of Rochester at the time and she came to me looking for answers.

I had nothing to give her and that sent me on a quest into natural healing. After that I looked everywhere for answers and started attending local meditation and talking circles. I was drawn to energy healing and life coaching. I left science and now I am certified in two modalities that I find very powerful and supportive to the overall healing process.
